PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)
Employees are eligible to receive up to 120 hours of PTO every year to be used for vacation or illness. At the end of each calendar year, a maximum of 40 hours will be carried over to the following year. Hours in excess of 40 hours will be paid out to the employee.

HOLIDAY
Employees are eligible to receive up to 80 hours of holiday leave per year. Employees will receive 10 days of paid leave for Federal Holidays.

Medical and vision care benefits for you and your family are provided by Kaiser Permanente Insurance, Flexible Choice Plan. Employees have the flexibility to seek out care directly from Kaiser, its network, or outside the network. Dental care benefits for you and your family are proved by CareFirst Dental Insurance.

LIFE AND DISABILITY
Employees are eligible to receive up to $50,000 of life insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees are also eligible for both short term and long term disability insurance at no cost to the employee.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
Employees have an opportunity to participate in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account Program that allows employees to pay for many health care expenses with pre-taxed dollars.

401(k) RETIREMENT
Catomi Systems will match up to 4% of employee contribution into their 401(k) retirement plan. After one year of participation, employees are eligible for corporate profit sharing.
